The Asset Management Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Oisin McClenaghan and Michelle Ridge as new partners to the firm within the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice as of 1 January 2016.

Oisin and Michelle have extensive experience advising a wide range of domestic and international clients in relation to the structuring, establishment, listing and distribution of Irish investment vehicles and fund products including UCITS, AIFs, ICAVs, managed account platforms, master feeder structures, fund of funds and other bespoke structures.  Oisin is a member of the Irish funds industry association’s Legal and Regulatory Working Group and Michelle is a member of the Irish funds industry association’s ELTIF Working Group.

Six new partners in total have been appointed to the firm as of 1 January 2016, including Andreas Carney (Technology and Commercial Contracts), Rory McPhillips (Aviation Finance), Niall Pelly (Employment) and Sally Anne Stone (Commercial Real Estate).
